Construction and Rehabilitation of Youth Club Facility

The Construction and Rehabilitation of Youth Club Facility project, implemented under Project Reference ISAF/GE CIMIC, was carried out in Kabul with the support of ISAF/CIMIC Germany. The project was designed as an infrastructure and community development intervention aimed at establishing and improving a dedicated facility for youth activities and community engagement. Under the project, one youth club building was constructed and rehabilitated, providing an improved facility for approximately 120 individuals. The intervention aimed to create a safe, functional, and suitable environment where young people could participate in organized activities, social interaction, and community-based programs. Project activities included construction and rehabilitation works required to improve the physical condition and functionality of the youth club facility. The implementation focused on providing an appropriate building environment that could support youth-oriented activities and contribute to the development of community infrastructure in Kabul. The project commenced on 31 March 2003, with a reported project value of EUR 8,950. Through the construction and rehabilitation of the youth club facility, the intervention contributed to improving access to community infrastructure and creating a dedicated space for approximately 120 beneficiaries. Overall, the project represented a targeted infrastructure and community development initiative that supported youth engagement through the provision of an improved community facility in Kabul. The project was implemented with the support of ISAF/CIMIC Germany under Project Reference ISAF/GE CIMIC.
